Since 2007 we have built more than 500 pools — for houses, villas and hotels, on the mainland and on the islands.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of the trade and build with the latest technology: chlorine-free water treatment, variable-speed pumps and full pool automation. The equipment and materials we install come from leading global partners and manufacturers.
And we stand behind our work after handover — our own service team maintains the pools we build, opens them for the summer season and winterizes them for the off-season, with support that doesn't end at delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Where is the equipment room located?
Right beside the pool, below ground, with a door or an access shaft. The space must be insulated and ventilated. When an underground room is not feasible, we build an above-ground one with a separate shaft for the circulation pump. We determine the position on site, before excavation.
What is chlorine-free water treatment?
The unit breaks down water molecules and creates oxidants stronger than chlorine, while copper and silver remove algae and bacteria to the point that the water is drinkable and can even be used to water flowers.
What is the correct pH level of the water?
Between 7.2 and 7.6. Below 7.0 the water corrodes metal parts and grouting, above 7.8 mineral scale forms and the water turns cloudy. The pH is measured and dosed automatically as needed.
How long does construction take?
It depends on multiple factors, including the pace of construction and tiling contractors.
What does the price depend on?
It depends on client requirements: whether they want top-tier equipment or standard-quality equipment.
Do you work on the islands?
Yes.
What is included after handover?
Preparing the pool for the summer season and winterizing the pool. Servicing as needed.
Does a pool enclosure extend the season?
Yes. It holds the water temperature, keeps dirt out and reduces the energy used for heating. The choice depends on whether you need to move around the pool or only to cover the water surface.

The house and the awards
The house is by architect Davor Mateković of the Proarh studio. The project won an Architizer A+Award in 2018 in the Architecture +Landscape category and the Grand Prix at the BIG SEE Architecture Award in 2019.
