We maintain what we have built ourselves
A pool we designed, built and commissioned we know down to the last connection: which equipment is installed, how the equipment room is laid out, where the pipework and signal lines run. On a system like that, servicing is diagnosis and repair, with no time spent working out someone else's build.
That is why we take on maintenance only on our own installations. It keeps us answerable for the whole system: the equipment we installed was chosen precisely because our team can service it, and we hold spare parts and documentation for the brands we work with.
Routine maintenance
Periodic inspection of the equipment room, water testing and adjustment, filter cleaning and a check on dosing. Through the season this holds the system at its designed operating regime, and deviations show up before they become a fault.
Opening and winterizing
Opening the pool before the season and closing it afterwards: draining and protecting the installations, laying up the equipment, preparing the water. For rental houses and hotels we work around the guest calendar.
Equipment servicing
Pumps, filtration, heating, water treatment, lighting and automation. We diagnose on site and keep the work at component level whenever the part is available.
