About modular pools
As the name suggests, these pools have to be assembled, because the complete pool arrives in parts.
Modular pools can stand on a solid base of their own (round pools), or they have to be set into the ground fully or partly (oval pools).
Classification by structure

Oval
They are set into the ground fully or partly.
The liner
With rare exceptions, an indispensable part of the structure of these pools is the liner, whose basic function is to make the pool watertight.
The liner is 0.8 mm thick and is produced in three colors: sand, light blue and an imitation of mosaic tiles.
Base preparation and assembly
With these pools the preparation matters a great deal.
01 · Excavation
The excavation depth depends on whether and how far you want the pool set into the ground.
02 · Base
Leveling the excavation base with fine sand, or building a reinforced concrete base at least 15 centimeters thick. A drainage layer is mandatory.
03 · Assembly
Once the concrete base is finished, the pool is assembled.
04 · Filling
The pool is filled to the top. For a pool set into the ground, backfilling outside the wall is carried out as the water level rises. Note: because of the liner, modular pools must always be kept full of water, in summer and in winter alike.
