We service only the pools we have built ourselves, so we keep the same equipment room running for years after handover. What we install, we maintain, which is why we choose equipment our own team can service for the whole working life of the pool.
We have been building and equipping pools since 2007 and have more than 500 completed pools behind us in Split, Dalmatia and on the islands. The cost of a pool is spread across years of use, over consumables, routine servicing and repairs in the equipment room. That is why we check the availability of spare parts, the technical documentation and the manufacturer's support for every unit before it is installed. This decides the scale of the work when a fault occurs. With a working supply chain only the faulty component is replaced: a seal, a bearing, a probe or a control module, without replacing the whole assembly and waiting for delivery.

It comes from our own installations, long-term partnerships and servicing experience, and it grows only when new equipment passes the same check. Because we service only what we have built ourselves, the list holds only equipment we stand behind and are able to maintain.

We introduce a new brand on a limited basis, on pools we maintain ourselves, and follow it through a full season: full bathing load, summer temperatures, salt air and filtration running without a break. It goes into regular use only once we have seen how it behaves in operation and in servicing.
Before we choose, we check the availability of spare parts, service documentation and manufacturer support in our area. Preference goes to equipment our own team can diagnose and repair on site, without shipping the unit away and without waiting for a complete replacement assembly.
Pump, filter, heating, water treatment and automation are linked hydraulically and by signal. We select components by flow rate, pressure drop and automation interfaces, so the whole equipment room is monitored and adjusted from a single control point, accessible to the owner and to the service team.
The equipment room holds the full set of equipment agreed with the client: filters, pumps, hydrolysis, automatic multiport valves, measuring probes and the pipework, laid out so that every unit can be reached and every unit replaced.
A tidy equipment room is not an aesthetic. It is the difference between a service call that takes an hour and one that takes a day.
