Made in Italy · Since 1976

Premium Designer Hot Tubs & Spas

The patented Treesse Ghost System with concealed hydromassage jets and ambient lighting. Marc Sadler design from Nepi.

A family company from Nepi

Half a century under the same roof

Treesse is an Italian family company. Since 1976 it has done one and the same thing: turn the bathroom and the garden into places of real rest. It began with bathroom furniture, moved to tubs in the late eighties — still the core of the business — and then on to spa pools and shower systems. Through all of it, two things have not changed: the company is one hundred per cent Italian and it is run by the family. Every piece is made in its own plant in Nepi near Viterbo, north of Rome, and passes an individual final inspection before it ships.

Invisible hydromassage

An ordinary spa pool gives itself away with holes. The Ghost System, a patent signed by Marc Sadler, pulls everything into a thin slot along the inner rim: jets, drain, LED lighting. The tub stays perfectly smooth. When the system starts, you do not see equipment — you see a line of light and water beginning to move.

The rim up close — the water leaves through the perimeter slot, and there is not one opening on the surface.
Ghost vs Ghost Plus

Ghost hides the hydromassage in a thin perimeter slot; Ghost Plus adds larger-diameter jets into that same slot — a stronger massage, the same clean shape.

  • Sketch by Marc Sadler: Hidden Energy — micro-jets in the perimeter slot

    Hidden Energy

Micro-jets are lined up along the slot, across the whole length of the rim. You do not see them and you do not feel them under your back — you only feel a jet arriving from somewhere to the side.

  • Sketch by Marc Sadler: Invisible Drain — the overflow trap hidden in the slot

    Invisible Drain

The overflow trap is hidden in that same slot, so there is not a single opening on the surface of the tub. A palm running down the wall meets neither a grate nor a joint.

  • Sketch by Marc Sadler: Water Waves — air added to the jet of water

    Water Waves

Air is added to the jet of water. The massage becomes softer and fuller — less like a hard jet, more like a wave that wraps around you and lets go.

  • Sketch by Marc Sadler: All Around — jets along the entire perimeter

    All Around

Jets and light run along the entire perimeter, not just behind the seats. Wherever you sit, the massage and the colour arrive from every side with the same intensity.

Chromotherapy

Every colour of feeling good

The LED lighting is hidden in the slot as well. A thin blade of light comes out of it, colouring the water and shifting slowly. No spotlights, no visible source — only a glowing rim and water that changes with it.

Marc Sadler, the industrial designer behind the Treesse Ghost System
Design

Marc Sadler for Treesse

A Frenchman born in Austria and trained at ENSAD in Paris, Marc Sadler has worked in France, the United States, Asia and Italy. He began his career with a material: in the early seventies he developed the first ski boot made of fully recyclable thermoplastic. The same logic — let the material solve the problem — drives his work for Treesse. He is a four-time winner of the Compasso d’Oro, the oldest European industrial design award, with four further honourable mentions from ADI. For Treesse he signs Ghost and Ghost Plus and the Aquarun counter-current pool, developed with fluid dynamics specialists from the University of Trieste.

Hide the engineering. Leave only the line of light.

Ghost Plus

Invisible hydromassage, only stronger

Ghost Plus is Ghost with more power. Alongside the existing jets, larger ones also feed into the perimeter slot, so the massage is stronger — and the line stays clean. The engineering is hidden; all you see is a cut of light and the colour of the chromotherapy. Nine models, for two to seven people, square, rectangular and round. The patent is Treesse’s, the signature is Marc Sadler’s, the work is done in Nepi (Viterbo).

Ice: outer dimension 228 × 228 cm, basin 225 × 225 cm. Prices on request.

Ghost

The system that made hydromassage invisible

Ghost is the original: the patent that made jets, LEDs and the drain disappear into a thin perimeter slot. All that remains is a cut of light along the rim. The line has eleven models — five spa pools for five to seven people and six low tubs 66.5–70 cm high for one or two, made for the bathroom and the terrace. Design: Marc Sadler. Made in Nepi (Viterbo).

Soul Spa 120 and 150 are also available with a cover compartment, which adds 35 cm of width. Fusion Active 230: the pre-installation manual states 230 × 180 × 67 cm — we confirm the measurement before every quote. Prices on request.

Swim

Swimming on the spot, at home

Swim is the only Treesse line you actually swim in. Turbines and pumps create a counter-current so you swim on the spot, while the wellness zone sits right beside the swimming one. Unlike Ghost and Ghost Plus, here you are not only choosing a shape but the ratio of training to relaxation. Four models, built-in or freestanding, controlled over Wi-Fi.

Saint-Tropez: the technical sheet states a length of 599 cm — we confirm the measurement before installation. Forma 390: the collection overview states a width of 230 cm, the product page and printed catalogue 225 cm — we use 225 cm. The manufacturer has not yet published a technical sheet. Prices on request.

Why Treesse

What stands behind every tub

  • All under one roof.

Tubs and spa pools are made in the company’s own plant in Nepi, with no production in third countries, and every single piece gets a final inspection.

  • A patent, not a retrofit.

Ghost and Ghost Plus are internationally registered patents developed in house, not a cosmetic treatment applied to someone else’s product.

  • Materials that allow shapes.

Crystaltech and special resins make infinity rims, surfaces without visible joints and thin profiles possible — things ordinary acrylic simply will not take.

  • One design language.

Hot tubs, outdoor and recessed spa pools, counter-current swim pools and shower systems all come from the same catalogue and speak the same language.

  • Awarded and proven.

The ICE model holds a German Design Award 2025 and an Archiproducts Award, and Treesse equipment is installed in homes, hotels, wellness centres and on yachts.

Accessories

What goes around the tub

The tub is one piece; the space around it asks for a few more. Every accessory comes from the same catalogue and the same design language, so you cannot see where the tub ends.

  • Throne steps, modules A and B
  • Big-Bang Bose speaker, Ø 55 cm
  • Pneumatic lifter for the cover
  • Step-Box step in wood
  • Step-Rock step in 20 mm porcelain
BENT — PURE and CUBE

Square tubs under the BENT name

PURE and CUBE are two square hot tubs BENT offers under its own name — they do not come from the Treesse or Wellis catalogue and should not be confused with them. Both start from the same form: a white square of flat vertical surfaces with no visible equipment. What differs is how they meet the floor.

  • BENT PURE — a white square hot tub with a narrow illuminated strip in the front face

    PURE 220 × 220 × 78 cm

A 220-centimetre square resolved as one solid volume. No legs, no plinth, no visible engineering — the white surfaces run straight to the floor. The only interruption is a narrow illuminated strip in the front face. The rim carries dark stone covers, and inside there are flat surfaces for lying down instead of moulded seats. The logic of a pool, not a tub. For interiors.

  • BENT CUBE — a white square tub set into a lower, wider platform forming a perimeter step

    CUBE 231 × 231 × 78 cm (upper volume)

PURE is one block; CUBE is assembled from two. The white square of the tub is set into a lower, wider platform that forms a perimeter step around it — both an entrance and a bench. A shelf is built in along the rim. Chromotherapy colours both the water and the base, so at night the whole volume lifts off the floor. For interiors and covered terraces.

Tell us the space. We will propose the model.

Treesse does not sell a tub — it sells a quiet half hour at the end of the day. As the partner for Croatia, BENT bazeni run the whole process: choosing the model for the space and the number of users, checking that the services are prepared, delivery, installation and servicing. Pricing follows the configuration and is sent on request. Send us the dimensions of the space and your idea.
