About polypropylene pools
Pools of this type are built from flat polypropylene sheets with high mechanical durability and resistance to the weather. We join the polypropylene sheets to one another using the advanced technique of diffusion welding.
The pool surface is completely smooth, so keeping it clean is easy. Our range covers only rectangular polypropylene pools in the skimmer configuration, with the inner shell of the pool in white, light blue or grey.
Polypropylene sheets are highly resistant to UV radiation — even after long exposure to the sun the color of the pool does not change. Polypropylene pools withstand both high and low temperatures.
Structure and protection
External reinforcement
The pool structure is reinforced on the outside, which gives it strength and stability.
Thermal insulation
For extra protection and thermal insulation we can wrap the whole pool in polyurethane (PUR) foam, EPS or XPS.
For a skimmer-type polypropylene pool, no coping is required.
Skimmer configuration
The skimmer pool comes with all the equipment and plumbing built in.

What is diffusion welding?
A joining process in which the edges of the polypropylene sheets are heated and fused. The joint is of the same material as the sheets, with no adhesive and no gaskets.
Does the color change in the sun?
No. Polypropylene sheets are highly resistant to UV radiation; even after long exposure to the sun the color of the pool does not change.
